My love affair with visual storytelling began in 2006 when I dove into Editing, VFX, and 3D Animation. What started as curiosity quickly became obsession.

By 2007, I co-founded Kriti Studio with friends, creating 3D animations for clients until 2008. The entrepreneurial bug had bitten hard. In 2009, I launched VnD Studio with an online collaborator, crafting 3D visualizations that helped architects and interior designers bring their visions to life.

But I wanted more. In 2010, I enrolled at the Asian Academy of Film and Television to learn filmmaking from the ground up, rediscovering my editing roots with fresh perspective. This led to Samsara Productions in 2011, where I wore multiple hats—producer, DOP, and editor—on a feature film that, despite our efforts, never saw the light of day. Some lessons are learned in darkness.

Life took a beautiful turn in 2013 when I got married and spent time supporting my wife's business. Yet the pull of cinema remained irresistible. In 2016, I moved to Mumbai, chasing Bollywood dreams, working as Director's Assistant and Assistant Director on various projects, learning the craft from every angle.

Now in 2025, I've come full circle—working professionally as a Video Editor, armed with nearly two decades of diverse experience, multiple ventures, and countless stories. Every frame I cut carries the weight of this journey.

Finding the story within the raw footage. I focus on pacing, rhythm, and ensuring the message is clear before adding any effects.

Audio is 50% of the video. I layer SFX, ambiences, and music to create immersion, followed by motion graphics for retention.

Using DaVinci Resolve to give the footage a professional look, fixing exposure, and applying a consistent grade.
