Conditions for Returns
We don’t accept returns for Book purchased from www.shrutidutt.com unless received in a damaged condition which would include damaged cover, torn pages.
Apart from books other products purchased from the website, for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days
The Goods are in their original condition and have not been used
The following Goods cannot be returned:
1. Books once delivered in good condition cannot be returned.
For all other items Refund request is raised after 48 hours of successful delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Cancellation Fee
We use third-party shipping companies as our courier partner. The cost of each delivery varies depending upon COD/Prepaid or the location of the customer. The same is applicable to the return/replacement of products.
In the case of product cancellations, return or refund the customer shall bear the forward and return (Whichever is applicable) charges.
